Michelle worked for Saks Hair & Beauty for a number of years with award winning franchisee salons throughout the United Kingdom and five seasons with Stenier Hair & Beauty on cruise ships. Michelle also managed salons on cruise ships with MSC for two seasons. Since 1989 Michelle has specialised in wedding hair.

Over the years Michelle's work has appeared in dozens of wedding magazines such as "Your Hampshire and Dorset Wedding", "Startingtwogether", "Weddingdaze", "Guides for Brides", "Perfect wedding" and "Hudsons Dream Wedding". Additionally, Michelle's creations have featured on TV at the Southampton Guild Hall wedding/ bridal fashion show and Elmers Court Hotel for wedding fairs and bridal photography.
