Featured Wedding Supplier: Clock Barn

In Whitchurch, Hampshire, Clock Barn is a wedding venue with a difference. Every detail has been specifically designed with a breath-taking, fairy-tale style in mind.

I have attended many weddings at this venue, and have always been impressed by the organization, the atmosphere, and the friendliness of the events team!

Couples can say their vows under the stunning original beams and high ceilings of the barn, beside the cosy fireplace of the Stable Room, or in the relaxed dancefloor area. For those who would like a religious ceremony, there are many quaint churches nearby within a short travelling distance.

After the ceremony, the extensive grounds and incredible natural beauty of the area give you the best opportunity for stunning wedding photography and to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.

Getting Ready

One of the things that makes Clock Barn unique is its ‘getting ready’ space for the bridal party on the morning of the wedding. The Stables is a quiet, private space for the bride to get ready with those closest to her and enjoy the excitement of the build-up. Specially equipped for hair and make-up, this is every bride’s dream!

Food and Drink

Clock Barn has its own on-site catering team who produce beautiful food for you and your guests. Put together your own Fine Food menu, to include everything from delicious canapés to the cake itself, to make sure you have a wedding breakfast that truly reflects your tastes. Before your wedding day, you will be invited in for a complimentary food tasting, during which your personal menu is shaped. Beyond the wedding breakfast, Clock Barn is able to offer you Street Food inspired options from around the world for after the sun begins to set; many with fire pits or authentic wood-fired ovens to add some extra theatre to your evening!

Evening Celebration

The barn is a magical venue for your evening wedding celebrations. With bunting and fairy-lights galore and space for a four-piece band, you can be sure of an enchanting atmosphere throughout the year. Everyone is guaranteed to enjoy themselves immensely before carriages at midnight.

Finish your celebrations with all the charm and intimacy of Clock Barns’ accommodation options. Friends and family can all stay the night in the Tufton Warren Farmhouse and the Lavender Barn, while you enjoy the exclusivity of the Hayloft. Each room is gorgeous, with the perfect mix of home comforts and enchanting luxury. It really is the cherry on top of the fairy-tale theme! On the morning of your first day as a married couple, gather in the farmhouse kitchen for a hearty breakfast with your loved ones.

Depending on where you would like to hold your ceremony and celebration at Clock Barn, there is space for 50 guests in the Stable Room, 85 on the dancefloor, and up to 160 guests in the main barn (for dining, 200 for evening party).
